Customers can request a return within the first 7 days after receiving the product.

After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
Be in its original condition, unused and in the same packaging in which it was received.

Include all original accessories, manuals and labels.

Not have been a product marked as final sale or personalized, except for manufacturing defects.

Gift cards or downloadable products.

Personalized products, unless they are defective.
